Emulation Engineer, Automotive Robotics

Overview

Emulation Engineer for automotive robotics, focused on building scalable, high-performance emulation platforms for SiP-based AI/ML engines.

What you'll do

• Build infrastructure to explore, test, and validate chiplet-based systems across hardware, software, and architectural layers.
• Architect DV and emulation environments including transactors, monitors, and debug hooks.
• Build and scale a multi-chiplet emulation ecosystem that supports DV, software development, and performance/power debug.
• Develop testbenches, transactors, monitors, and support systems for efficient emulation usage.
• Drive emulation coverage from functional/performance to low-level software enablement.
• Optimize the platform for frequency, resource sharing, and end-user support.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of SoC or ASIC experience, including logic design, verification, and emulation platforms.
• Fluency in Verilog or SystemVerilog, C or C++, and SystemC.
• Hands-on experience with commercial emulators including ZeBu, Palladium, or Veloce.
• Experience architecting DV/emulation environments with transactors, monitors, and debug hooks.
• Experience automating parts of the emulation flow.
• Collaboration and mentoring interest with cross-functional work across architecture, software, and DV teams.
