What you'll do

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models for design validation, process optimization, and simulation acceleration.
• Create intelligent design assistants and co-pilot systems for engineers.
• Automate design, routing, simulation, and validation workflows.
• Build data pipelines integrating design, simulation, and manufacturing data.
• Apply DOE, SPC, and ML-driven analytics to improve yield and quality.
• Collaborate with design, simulation, and manufacturing teams.
• Translate engineering problems into scalable AI and automation solutions.

What you'll need

• Preferred understanding of IC packaging, layout, routing, and simulation.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and engineering automation scripting.
• Experience with data pipelines, dashboards, and predictive models.
• Bachelor’s/master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Semiconductor Engineering.
