Engineer CAT PQA Engineer

Overview

CAT PQA Engineer responsible for developing and applying technical quality assurance protocols to inspect and test raw materials, production equipment, and finished products.

What you'll do

• Develop, evaluate, revise, and apply technical quality assurance methods for inspections and testing.
• Ensure quality assurance activities and items comply with company standards and applicable government regulations.
• Analyze inspection results for finished products, in-process materials, and bulk raw materials and recommend corrective actions.
• Verify that manufacturing inspection, sampling, and statistical process control procedures are followed.
• Assess compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards (e.g., GMPs, ISO regulations).
• Evaluate and interpret inspection support documents and records.
• Supervise inspection-related data, improve critical metrics, and leverage Generative AI insights where applicable.
