Engineer - DDR System Software

Overview

Engineer role focused on DDR System Software, including DDR init and runtime driver sequence debugging and development.

What you'll do

• Debug and develop DDR init and run-time driver sequences.
• Work on triage of DDR issues such as memory corruptions, lockups, bit flips, and memory leaks.
• Run system-level validations on mobile systems and analyze validation data to recognize patterns.
• Enhance and develop test cases for DDR system validation.
• Drive multiple programs/chipsets in the DDR technology area.
• Collaborate with SW and HW teams (e.g., performance, PHY, controller design) to resolve DDR issues.

What you'll need

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in embedded systems and the DDR domain.
• Strong understanding of system-level test methodologies and mobile system validations.
• Skills in C and Python.
• Experience with embedded system development and debug.
• Knowledge of JTAG, RTOS, processor/CPU architecture, and SoC system concepts.
• Core BSP driver-level development and debug experience.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience in DDR technology and/or DDR SW driver development.
