Engineer / Senior Engineer - Service Sales

Overview

As an Engineer / Senior Engineer - Service Sales, you will develop customer relationships, generate service sales opportunities, manage opportunities and contracts, and support customer satisfaction and sales execution for KONE's Bangalore team.

What you'll do

• Proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility.
• Develop KONE's position in your customer base or market area.
• Create and communicate leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team, including cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of the KONE team.
• Document customer and contact information and maintain customer data.
• Proactively generate opportunities from outside the current customer base.
• Handle RFQs.
• Manage leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
• Identify customer needs and ensure KONE's solution matches those needs.
• Price opportunities using approved tendering tools and optimize prices and discounts within your authority.
• Validate that contract contents align with the negotiation process outcome.
• Maintain complete information on opportunities, tasks and visits through sales funnel management.
• Report accurately and on time in CRM.
• Gather relevant information about the market and competitors from the field.
• Support the finance function in money collection.
• Drive execution of your individual sales plan.
