Overview

Engineer, Service for BMS-related security and safety service work, including preventive maintenance, commissioning, and O&M support.

What you'll do

• Conduct EHS reviews and maintain job risk assessment safety reports.
• Attend service calls for BMS-related equipment and maintain service records.
• Handle preventive maintenance calls via customer service tickets and schedules.
• Provide updates on attended service tickets to the team.
• Maintain building KPIs and SLA for O&M performance.
• Perform quarterly preventive inspections of DDC panels, sensors, controllers, and actuators, ensuring maintenance compliance.
• Install/replace and commission faulty BMS devices and support ad-hoc system/logic changes.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years of experience (as stated).
• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation or Electronics (or relevant field).
• Basic knowledge of IT network.
• Experience executing security, safety, and building management systems.
• Experience with 3rd-party equipment such as switch gears, generators, chillers, and security monitoring systems.
• Good knowledge of HVAC & BMS installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Fluency in English and the local language (oral/written).
