What you'll do

• Lead a team of engineers located in Bengaluru, India.
• Drive and shape the direction of observability software.

• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Help build and evolve observability capabilities for health, performance, capacity, and reliability insights.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of combined experience as a software developer and manager.
• 3+ years of technical management experience while staying hands-on.
• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong exposure to distributed systems, systems programming, observability/telemetry, data platforms, or solving problems at scale.
• Strong understanding of software and systems architecture, including scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Proven expertise managing projects throughout the full SDLC and delivering on schedule.
