Enterprise Account Executive

Overview

Enterprise Account Executive focused on prospecting, winning large enterprise deals, and driving deal momentum. Works in a performance-based sales environment and collaborates with sales leadership.

What you'll do

• Prospect and win new business by building relationships with key prospects.
• Achieve and exceed KPI targets in a performance-based environment.
• Partner with sales leadership to enhance country-specific playbooks, pitches, and processes.
• Recommend solutions based on prospects’ business needs and negotiate contract terms.
• Identify customer issues and process blockers, then drive cross-functional support to implement solutions.
• Plan to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas.
• Study market trends to provide consultative insight.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Enterprise Field Sales experience.
• Deep Enterprise sales experience partnering with F1000 clients.
• Repeated success in an Enterprise Sales role, including exceeding quotas (with data-backed track record).
• Strong ability to multithread complex enterprise deals across executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• History of working independently with a data-driven mindset for sales goal planning.
• Best-in-class communication skills to convey value propositions and manage objections.
