What you'll do

• Win new business and drive revenue in India.
• Own the full sales cycle from first outbound to launch.
• Design and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed revenue quotas.
• Analyze India market landscapes and translate plans into targeted activities, partnerships, and campaigns.
• Spearhead market expansion by identifying new customer segments and use cases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate offerings and gather customer feedback.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with consultative, solutions-oriented selling to digital-native businesses in India.
• Deep understanding of India’s startup and scale-up ecosystem.
• Track record managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals.
• Ability to negotiate highly complex, customized commercial agreements.
• Proven ability to exceed revenue targets while managing an evolving pipeline.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting from IC to C-level executives in Indian business contexts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity in early-stage environments.
