What you'll do

• Drive new business and revenue growth within federal civilian agencies.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through deployment.
• Navigate federal civilian procurement requirements including FAR/DFAR, security standards, and agency regulations.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor on AI capabilities and deployment.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to agency missions and modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate with cloud providers and system integrators to support deployment and integration.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in the federal civilian space.
• Deep understanding of federal civilian agency missions, challenges, and technology needs.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution.
• Experience navigating complex federal procurement processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in federal civilian sales.
• Extensive experience with federal civilian contracting vehicles and procurement mechanisms.

Details

• Hybrid policy: expected in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
