Enterprise Account Executive, Federal Civilian Sales - Transport & Land

What you'll do

• Drive new business and revenue growth within federal civilian agencies.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through deployment.
• Navigate federal civilian procurement requirements including FAR/DFAR, security standards, and agency-specific regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across agencies.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to agency missions and modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate with cloud providers and system integrators for successful deployment and integration.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to product teams.

What you'll need

• Have 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in the federal civilian space.
• Understand federal civilian agency missions, challenges, and technology needs.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution.
• Experience navigating complex federal procurement processes and compliance requirements.
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets in the federal civilian space.
• Strong relationship-building skills across technical teams and senior agency leadership.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including cloud providers and system integrators.

Details

• Annual compensation OTE range (USD): $380,000 to $450,000.
• Location-based hybrid policy: in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
• Visa sponsorship: available, with reasonable efforts by the company if an offer is made.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/training/experience.
