Enterprise Account Executive (New Business)

Overview

Enterprise Account Executive (New Business) focused on acquiring new Enterprise customers and growing Zendesk’s presence across the Iberian Market.

What you'll do

• Drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new Enterprise customers in Spain & Portugal.
• Prospect and run strategies to penetrate companies above 1500 employees.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for AI and automation adoption, including cross-selling and upselling.
• Manage and nurture key customer relationships for satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
• Use data insights, intent signals, and adoption analytics to prospect and expand within accounts.
• Create quarterly territory and account plans to increase Enterprise market share in the region.
• Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from proof of concept to AI-enabled solution design.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of cloud/software B2B sales or solution engineering experience with a record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience navigating complex Enterprise sales cycles with multi-month engagements and proof of concepts.
• Demonstrated success selling into Enterprise organizations ($1B+ in revenue).
• Strong track record of quota attainment (2 of last 3 years).
• Ability to engage VP and C-level executives and articulate value of AI-powered CX solutions.
• Familiarity with sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, Seismic, and Looker.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; Spanish and English required (Portuguese is a plus).
