Enterprise Sales Engineer - TOLA

Overview

Enterprise Sales Engineer who acts as the primary technical contact for enterprise deals, driving technical discovery to close and successful Proof of Value (POV) outcomes.

What you'll do

• Serve as the technical authority and primary technical decision partner from discovery through close.
• Lead architecture-level technical discussions with security, email, and identity teams.
• Run technical discovery to uncover risk, requirements, and customer objectives.
• Conduct product demos (in-person and remote) and engage stakeholders virtually and in person.
• Own POV success criteria and drive outcomes for enterprise-scale POV programs.
• Research technical and competitive landscapes to address customer questions and objections.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Sales Engineering experience or relevant industry experience.
• Ability to lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with security, infrastructure, identity, and compliance teams.
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise sales environment.
• Solid technical understanding of SaaS security models (including multi-tenant cloud environments).
• Working knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, TLS, and enterprise networking concepts as they relate to email/security.
