EOP Global Solution Architect

Overview

Solution Architect for the o9 Enterprise Operations Planning (EOP) platform within Mondelez International’s Digital & Technology organization. Own end-to-end technical architecture, security, and integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems for planning use across NALA, MEU, and AMEA regions.

What you'll do

• Design and govern the overall o9 EOP solution architecture aligned to enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead integrations between o9 and SAP (S/4HANA, ECC) plus non-SAP apps including TPM and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Define and enforce the o9 security architecture standards (data governance, access controls, role-based security, compliance).
• Evaluate hosting environment options (self-hosted vs o9-managed cloud) for NALA, MEU, and AMEA regions.
• Collaborate with o9 product and internal DevOps teams to optimize performance and improve scheduling strategies.
• Develop architecture blueprints, integration specifications, technical documentation, and support Go-Live readiness.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8–10 years of IT/technology experience with at least 5 years in a solution architecture capacity.
• Experience designing solution architecture for enterprise planning platforms, preferably o9 or SAP IBP/equivalents.
• Deep expertise in SAP integration architecture including S/4HANA, ECC, and BW/4HANA.
• Experience with API-based, event-driven, middleware integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services).
• Security architecture knowledge covering IAM, data encryption, network security, and cloud security frameworks.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and evaluating hosting models.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

• Location: Mumbai, India.
• Travel: occasional travel may be required for regional deployments across NALA, MEU, and AMEA.
• Work schedule: full-time; flexible working arrangements available per MDLZ policy; accommodate cross-regional time zones.
