Execution Trader

Overview

Execution Trader role supporting institutional OTC block and algo trading at FalconX. You’ll help ensure accurate trade handling, liquidity sourcing, and execution excellence while working on trading desk activities.

What you'll do

• Facilitate whiteglove OTC block and algo trades for institutional clients.
• Work cross-functionally to understand the OTC business comprehensively.
• Assist the markets team on strategic initiatives to expand bottom-line potential.
• Scout for liquidity from comprehensive dark pools and provide best execution to clients.
• Ensure accurate trade capture and settlement.
• Diagnose issues and escalate root causes to maintain execution excellence.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• 1-3 years experience in Trading/Desk Support/Financial Services/Brokerage.
• Numerical inclination and strong proficiency with spreadsheet applications.
• Interest in Fintech, blockchain, and digital assets.
• High attention to detail and ability to use sound judgment under pressure.
• Willingness to work during US hours and/or early APAC hours.

• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
• Mode of work: Hybrid with 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH (Wednesday to Sunday).
