Executive Engineering

Overview

Executive Engineering (Integrated Facilities Management) responsible for day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance planning, reporting, safety compliance, and vendor/supply management for a property.

What you'll do

• Oversee electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance across listed assets (e.g., HT transformers, DG sets, UPS, HVAC, elevators, PAC units).
• Track and schedule maintenance activities, including AMC/PPM, vendor coordination, and OEM training planning.
• Generate and maintain client reporting (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and other management reports).
• Prepare annual shutdown planning and support execution.
• Monitor lab/data center/server room environments (room temperature and air quality).
• Support safety and emergency readiness, including emergency evacuation and crisis management/business continuity plans.

What you'll need

• Have 04+ years’ experience in electrical & mechanical equipment maintenance plus HVAC unit maintenance and document maintenance.
• Have strong knowledge of facility operations.
• Hold a technical qualification.
• Have at least three to five years’ experience in facilities management.
• Demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.
• Demonstrate teamwork leadership and the ability to roll out improvement plans.
