Executive, Industrial and Logistics

Overview

Executive role in JLL's Industrial & Logistics group, driving business development for industrial and warehousing real estate and supporting the transaction advisory team to conclude deals.

What you'll do

• Proactively engage in business development for Industrial & Warehousing through focused BD, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, and leveraging relationships of other business units.
• Research companies looking to start operations or expand through internet, newspapers, cold calling and other sources.
• Develop and execute parallel business development strategies alongside Line Managers in the group.
• Set up meetings with key decision makers and initiate discussions to understand their real estate requirements.
• Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations and proposals.
• Assess client requirements, initiate and maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, and participate in proposal discussions.
• Support the transaction advisory team to effectively conclude real estate transactions.
• Prepare information memorandums, financial analysis, and market intelligence.
• Ensure optimum client service delivery and engagement, including calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, timely follow-up and submission of company proposals, and overall governance during execution.

What you'll need

• Passion for real estate.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling good relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
