Overview

Executive NE Sales / Service Sales Associate role focused on driving sales growth for elevator services, including maintaining an existing portfolio and winning new business.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Act as the primary contact for timely resolution of customer inquiries and needs.
• Develop build-on repair and modernization sales via networking, bids, and tenders.
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and ensure profitability.
• Use sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
• Conduct sales negotiations and close deals while ensuring payment on time.
• Collaborate with sales team members and field colleagues.

What you'll need

• Have a business or technical degree, or completed training as a technician or business administrator.
• Have initial experience selling technical products requiring consultation.
• Have strong customer and service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate commitment and reliability with a drive to deliver results.
• Be target focused with the ability to work at pace in a demanding environment.
