Field Applications Engineer

Overview

Field Applications Engineer providing technical support and guidance to customers on RF and FPGA solutions, working with PLD silicon, tools, and IP products.

What you'll do

• Familiarize with latest FPGA and acceleration technologies via supplier trainings and conference calls.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on RF and FPGA solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to RF and FPGA systems.
• Support customers in selecting and using Arrow PLD lines development tools, silicon, and IP products.
• Code and implement designs to demonstrate PLD silicon capabilities and competitive advantages.
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support issues, including onsite support.
• Work with the Sales Team on territory, account, and opportunity planning and pre/post-sales technical activities.

What you'll need

• BE/BTech/ME/MSc in Electronics and Telecommunications or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of related experience is preferred.
• Strong digital electronics fundamentals and in-depth RTL knowledge (VHDL/Verilog/System-Verilog).
• Strong experience with RF designs, FPGA programming, and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with FPGA design including board-level debugging and troubleshooting hardware issues (plus).
• Knowledge of software domains like embedded systems with C coding and Linux OS concepts (added advantage).
• Willingness and ability to travel North India to explore opportunities and support the customer base.
