Overview

Merchant Field Sales Executive (Farmer – Large Accounts) managing and growing a portfolio of existing large merchant partners through direct, in-person relationship management.

What you'll do

• Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of large merchants.
• Conduct regular in-person visits and monitor merchant performance metrics.
• Propose actions to optimize engagement and provide education on new features and tools.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, including campaign and product expansion support.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate merchant feedback and maximize promotional impact.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records and report KPIs including retention, revenue, campaign participation, and satisfaction scores.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal, legal, and contractual requirements.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in B2B account management, preferably in field-based roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing large or strategic partners.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain organizational discipline.
• Fluency in English is required for global/regional/area roles; local roles require fluency in the local language (and English as specified).
