We are hiring a Field Sales Officer for a Full-time role with Remote work flexibility. In this position, you will drive B2B sales through proactive outreach, pipeline building, and on-ground relationship development with business customers. You’ll work to understand customer needs, recommend our solutions, and consistently achieve sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the field-based sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Build and maintain a strong B2B client pipeline by conducting regular outreach and follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through structured planning, territory management, and accurate forecasting.
• Understand customer requirements and position relevant offerings such as recruitment, staffing solutions, and IT services.
• Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers to expand account penetration.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service alignment, and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales activities, update CRM records, and report progress through dashboards/pipeline summaries.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, and industry visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Field Sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B Sales.
• Strong COMMUNICATION skills with the ability to articulate value and handle objections confidently.
• Proficiency in Sales Skills including negotiation, closing, and pipeline management.
• Good understanding of Sales & Marketing principles, lead processes, and customer journey.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive results in a remote setup.
• Target-oriented mindset and comfort working with measurable KPIs.
• Willingness to travel and engage with clients as required for field activities.
