Field Service Engineer - Moradabad (U.P.)

Overview

Field Service Engineer for Alfa Laval, responsible for maintenance, repairs, installation/commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer technical support at customer sites.

What you'll do

• Execute maintenance and repairs on standard products at customer sites.
• Provide technical support including commissioning, installation, testing, repairing, maintaining, and condition monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems at customer sites or remotely.
• Train customers on product operation and equipment use.
• Prepare technical reports with observations and recommendations and get them signed by the customer.
• Report unsafe practices and incidents and work on continuous improvement.
• Capture installed base on site and communicate service/sales opportunities to the sales organization.

What you'll need

• B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment, heat transfer, and fluid equipment.
• Knowledge of good mechanical maintenance practices.
• Hands-on experience with field instruments.
• Good communication skills.
• Service background and local residence are preferred.

• Location: Agra (ready to travel within Uttar Pradesh).
• Reports to: Regional Service Manager / Regional Field Service Manager.
