Field Service Engineer

Overview

Field Service Engineer for Spain (remote, field based), responsible for maintaining and servicing client instruments and equipment and supporting customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, upgrades, and related field technical work.
• Support users to use instruments and devices optimally.
• Maintain professional client contacts and address concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Schedule and record planned and unscheduled maintenance and prepare maintenance orders.
• Install and deliver instruments, fulfill warranty maintenance obligations, and perform non-contractual maintenance.
• Train users for daily instrument use and provide product information.

What you'll need

• Have an engineering (or similar) mechanical and/or electrical technical degree.
• Have minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• Hold a driving license.
• Have experience with databases.
• Use Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Be fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
