FSS-Legal Entity Control, Vice President, Corporate Controllers Reporting & Accounting

Overview

Vice President role in Finance Shared Services (LEC External Reporting) within Controllers Reporting & Accounting.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with colleagues across Finance and the firm.
• Lead deliverables using advanced knowledge of finance areas.
• Identify emerging risks and contribute to mitigation strategies.
• Analyze variances and present financial results to senior management and regulatory agencies (US/EMEA).
• Improve controls by executing pre-submission checks, report checks, and control procedures.
• Review regulatory reporting requirements and maintain control evidence.

What you'll need

• Advanced understanding of finance functional area, product and/or client segment.
• Experience managing, developing, and leading teams.
• Strong communication skills to present complex issues to varied audiences.
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent specialization in Finance stream.
• Experience with prioritization, critical deadlines, and execution tracking.
• Regulatory and compliance knowledge is a plus.
