Gen Automation Engineer

Overview

Gen Automation Engineer role focused on designing, developing, implementing, and supporting GenAI/automation solutions and analytics used in business decision-making.

What you'll do

• Design analytics and modelling solutions for complex business problems.
• Build and operationalise analytics and models in accurate, stable, well-tested software.
• Develop and deliver GenAI data platforms with emphasis on Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Own and ship Studio Agents and workflows using Power Automate, Studio, AI Builder, Power Apps, and MCP orchestration.
• Embed governance, controls, and quality in solutions from day one.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure continued effectiveness of analytics and modelling solutions.

What you'll need

• Ability to design, build, test, and publish custom Copilot agents using Copilot Studio.
• Strong prompt engineering skills, including intent recognition, entity extraction, and conversation flow design.
• Experience designing automated workflows triggered by Copilot agents across enterprise systems.
• Ability to integrate agents with Power Apps and line-of-business applications.
• Experience partnering with multiple teams to translate GenAI use cases into production-grade solutions.
• Degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics).
