GenAI Full Stack-Manager

Overview

As a GenAI Full Stack Manager, you will lead client support work in data science and data and analytics engineering, helping design and develop GenAI-enabled full stack solutions that turn data into usable insights and support business decisions. You will guide teams, coach team members, manage work streams with accountability, and oversee planning and execution across data, analytics, and AI activities.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and governance of frontend architecture, establishing standards for component libraries, design systems, and UI frameworks including React, Angular, and Vue.js.
• Define and enforce AI experience design standards focused on conversational UX, transparency, explainability, and human-in-the-loop workflows for GenAI applications.
• Architect and govern scalable, secure backend systems and APIs using Node.js, Java Spring Boot, and Python.
• Apply secure coding practices including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and RBAC.
• Address data privacy compliance including GDPR and the DPDP Act, and govern database architecture across SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Partner with product management to align technical delivery with product roadmaps, provide feasibility and risk assessments, and contribute to cloud deployment strategies including cost optimization and scaling of full-stack infrastructure.
• Lead and develop a diverse engineering team, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and cross-functional skill development through knowledge sharing and internal learning initiatives.
• Maintain expertise in modern development tools and AI-augmented toolchains.
• Govern UX implementation standards including accessibility through WCAG and responsive design principles across frontend development.
• Work through complex client needs, support delivery coordination, and drive practical use of advanced analytics and statistical methods.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's & Master's Degree.
• 8 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in modern front-end technologies including React, Angular, TypeScript, component libraries, responsive design, and front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, and Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, tree shaking, caching strategies, and bundle size reduction.
• Experience with front-end state management libraries including Redux and NgRx for complex, data-intensive application states in GenAI applications.
• Proven capability in designing integration between front-end and back-end systems via REST/JSON APIs, GraphQL, and real-time protocols such as WebSockets and Server-Sent Events, including end-to-end streaming UIs for LLM-powered applications.
• Skill in driving technical alignment across front-end and back-end teams, including consistency in design patterns, shared components, API contracts, and integration testing strategies.
• Expertise in defining and managing CI/CD pipeline standards for front-end projects using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Experience deploying solutions on major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Relevant AI or solution architecture certifications.
