GIS Analyst

Overview

GIS Analyst role supporting infrastructure, water, utilities, and environmental projects with GIS database development, spatial analysis, dashboards, and GIS–CAD integration.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and manage GIS databases and geospatial datasets using ArcGIS Pro.
• Perform spatial data processing, analysis, validation, and QA/QC.
• Process satellite imagery and Digital Elevation Models (DEM) for terrain analysis and feature extraction.
• Create cartographic products, thematic maps, and technical GIS deliverables.
• Design and maintain ArcGIS Dashboards and other web-based GIS applications for monitoring and reporting.
• Create and manage spatial drawings using AutoCAD Map 3D and integrate GIS with CAD/engineering datasets.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of professional experience in GIS and CAD-related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro for GIS database management, analysis, and cartographic production.
• Experience with ArcGIS Dashboards, QGIS, and AutoCAD Map 3D.
• Strong understanding of spatial data models, coordinate systems, and geodatabases.
• Experience with spatial analysis, data validation, and QA/QC processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
