Overview

Global Delivery Leader responsible for driving operational excellence across global delivery operations, improving efficiency, quality, and scalability.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement global operational excellence strategies for delivery operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process and delivery improvements.
• Lead and mentor teams to embed continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to measure initiative impact.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance.
• Drive transformation programs to enhance customer experience and reduce cost-to-serve.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across delivery teams worldwide.

What you'll need

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Or hold a Master’s in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Required certifications include CPSM (ISM) or CSCP (IIM Trichy).
• Proficient English language ability (C2).
• Required skills include account maintenance and banking-related operations such as cash application and loan servicing.
• Master Skill List includes Operations Leadership.
