Global Mobility Services - Tax Associate role focused on preparing and advising on tax compliance for globally mobile employees.

What you'll do

• Accurately prepare, review, and file tax returns and related deliverables within deadlines.
• Provide tax advice on tax planning, withholding responsibilities, and social security contributions.
• Advise on assignment structures, including use of tax treaties and tax-efficient benefits.
• Educate and counsel employees on tax responsibilities and implications of international assignments.
• Calculate tax liabilities by analyzing compensation and payroll data and identify potential benefits.
• Maintain detailed tax records and documentation and stay updated on international tax law changes.

What you'll need

• Have 1-3 years of experience in Direct Tax.
• Hold a Chartered Accountant degree and/or MBA.
• Have a degree in Accounting or Taxation (or related field).
