Growth Management- DGM/ GM- Lending EMI

Overview

Growth Management lead for Paytm’s Lending EMI, owning customer acquisition, activation, and usage. Responsible for strategy and execution across eligibility discovery, outreach, onboarding progression, and repeat EMI usage.

What you'll do

• Own GTM strategy and sequencing across customer segments and merchant/category segments.
• Run the proactive outreach (“Signup”) program end to end, including campaign design and conversion tracking.
• Own adoption of the standalone “check your eligibility” surface in-app and at merchant counters.
• Partner on funnel design and own metrics across discovery, eligibility check, onboarding, first spend, and repeat usage.
• Define and track cohort activation, first-transaction, and repeat-usage metrics and drive drop-off fixes with Product and Engineering.
• Align growth targets and targeting with underwriting cutoffs and portfolio-quality expectations with Risk and Risk Analytics.
• Own growth P&L tracking (cost per activation, channel efficiency, and campaign ROI) and report to leadership.

What you'll need

• 5–10 years of experience in Growth, Marketing, or Business roles within lending/BNPL/fintech/consumer internet.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience running large-scale, data-led acquisition and activation campaigns (outbound and in-product).
• Experience with data segmentation, reporting/analysis, query management, and usage basis AI (as stated).
• Working understanding of underwriting-linked growth constraints in credit/lending products.
• Skills in funnel & cohort analytics and segmentation & targeting.
• Proficiency in Excel/SQL/BI tools and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
