HR Operations Specialist

Overview

Support day-to-day HR operations by processing HR transactions with high accuracy and attention to detail, including hiring, reference letters, personal and job data changes and terminations. The role also takes on processes transitioning from offshore locations.

What you'll do

• Handle job requisitions, including bulk creation, validation and approval using business rules.
• Process other Workday administration transactions such as new hires, terminations, employment changes and employment verification.
• Follow up with managers and HRBPs to clarify information, obtain approvals or request corrections.
• Process transactions to meet KPIs defined per process, in line with the Case Management Framework and the SOX Matrix.
• Audit data entry accuracy performed by HR Ops team members.
• Process confidential and sensitive employee information in line with data protection principles.
• Maintain the learning curve for transitioned processes until self-sufficiency within transition timelines.
• Articulate work instructions and write standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support other team members and new joiners.
• Participate in regional and global projects supporting regional HR initiatives.

What you'll need

• 2 to 5 years of work experience in HR Shared Services.
• Solid understanding of Workday and HR ServiceNow.
• Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PIVOTs, formatting, etc.).
• Good at multi-tasking and time management to manage workload efficiently.
• Experience working in a global or multinational company with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail to accurately process transactions.
• Self-motivated and a quick learner, able to deliver in a challenging and dynamic environment.
• Flexible in shifts to support AMER.

Nice to have

• Experience in Sumtotal, Cornerstone or any relevant learning management systems.
