Overview

Recruitment Intern (Talent Acquisition) to support the hiring team by sourcing candidates from a provided database, engaging them, and coordinating interviews.

What you'll do

• Source and connect with candidates using the provided market database.
• Engage and convert potential candidates via calls and emails.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and provide follow-up updates.
• Support the recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities.

What you'll need

• Be a graduate or pursuing graduation.
• Have strong communication skills in English.
• Have strong communication skills in a local language.
• Show interest in HR and recruitment.

Details

• Duration is 30/60/90 days.
• On-site role location is Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chandigarh, and Mohali.
• Stipend is as per company norms.
