What you'll do

• Maintain employee data by creating, updating, and validating employee information in HR systems.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and terminations.
• Provide and manage human resources services and information to employees within the organization.
• Support HR-related functions including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, and payroll.

What you'll need

• Any graduation qualification.
• Employee Data Management (EDM) experience.
• Strong HRIS knowledge.
• Excellent data accuracy and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information.
• Experience managing HR transactions with quality and turnaround-time requirements.
