HRIS Specialist

Overview

HRIS Specialist to implement, manage, and optimize Human Resource Information Systems across the Middle East region.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
• Lead HRIS implementation, upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Configure HR modules covering Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, Learning, and Payroll interfaces.
• Develop HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance across HR systems.
• Support payroll integration and statutory compliance requirements across GCC countries.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

What you'll need

• Hands-on exposure to Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HR platforms.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience with HR analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data migration.
• Understanding of GCC labor laws and HR practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
