This Human Resources Service Center Support Entry Professional role supports monthly payroll input processing, HR vendor management and HR record compliance at Hitachi Digital.

What you'll do

• Collect, compile and audit monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leaves, overtime, reimbursements, bonuses and tax declarations.
• Collaborate with department heads to resolve discrepancies in employee time tracking and attendance records.
• Maintain accurate records of joiners, leavers, salary revisions and pro-rated adjustments for the payroll cycle.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and payroll reconciliation sheets for final finance sign-offs.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding payslips, tax deductions and attendance records.
• Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for external HR vendors, such as payroll service providers, background check agencies and health insurance brokers.
• Monitor vendor performance metrics, tracking SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance and turn-around times.
• Review, verify and process vendor invoices against delivered services before submitting them to finance for payment.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve minor operational issues or escalate them when necessary.
• Assist in onboarding new HR vendors by collecting compliance documents, agreements and setup forms.
• Ensure all payroll and vendor-related documentation is stored securely and in compliance with company data privacy standards.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing required payroll registers, logs and vendor contracts.
