Implementation Consultant I

Overview

Implementation Consultant I is a customer-facing role focused on process and workflow support during a 5-week software implementation program.

What you'll do

• Act as a process and workflow point of contact for customers throughout the implementation program.
• Prepare, update, and manage project management materials.
• Keep customers on track to go-live within their agreed-upon schedules.
• Manage risks that could prevent customers from going live by the predetermined schedule.
• Run live working sessions showing best practices and critical go-live features.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to ServiceTitan and integrated applications.

What you'll need

• Have at least 2+ years of relevant experience (preferred) or home service industry knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills with experience troubleshooting software issues.
• Have experience with ServiceTitan software (big plus).
• Show exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
• Have exceptional customer relationship skills and understanding of excellent customer service.
• Have familiarity with SaaS business models (a plus).

• Salary ranges (good faith estimates): Zone 1 $63,100–$94,700 USD; Zone 2 $59,000–$88,400 USD.
