Support Engineer - Food & Beverage - Dairy

Overview

Support Engineer for Solenis’ Industrial Food & Beverage division, providing primary district support to ensure cleaning and sanitizing chemicals and equipment are used effectively, economically, and safely at accounts. Also assists sales account managers with designing and implementing cleaning and sanitizing programs.

What you'll do

• Conduct routine service visits and testing to support safe and effective food safety programs.
• Manage and develop CIP and OPC programs.
• Update databases after each service visit and generate weekly service reports.
• Assist with technical issues at customer sites and help plan corrective actions.
• Monitor and maintain chemical feed and monitoring equipment as required.
• Provide support via data analysis on program performance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or other technical degree; experience may be considered in lieu of a technical degree.
• Solve complex and non-routine technical problems.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen and physical.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License and a clean motor vehicle record.
