Implementation Specialist

Overview

Implementation Specialist responsible for technical onboarding and advanced configuration of new and existing enterprise customers on a SaaS reputation management platform.

What you'll do

• Execute end-to-end technical onboarding for new clients, including specialized programs like Automotive Dealer Onboarding.
• Manage the full technical lifecycle of client instances by provisioning and deprovisioning customer tenants (Production, Sandbox, Trial).
• Run data quality assessments and deploy new tenants with optimally configured data sets.
• Set up and configure Trial Tenant onboarding for proof-of-concept experiences.
• Act as technical expert for internal teams and enterprise customers, guiding and resolving complex issues.
• Troubleshoot advanced technical problems, reproduce issues, file bug reports, and escalate to Engineering with documentation.
• Assist with onboarding tools and procedures and ensure technical tasks meet defined SLAs.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialized technical support or implementation services for enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Working knowledge of HTML and basic scripting concepts (e.g., JavaScript tags).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, validation, and data cleansing.
• Analytical, methodical thinking with exceptionally high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
