What you'll do

• Use lean tools to drive productivity and reduce rework and rejection.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality norms, and process controls.
• Conduct time and motion studies and cycle-time analysis.
• Implement PFMEA, control plans, and risk mitigation actions.
• Improve layout, material flow, machine utilization, and ergonomics.
• Ensure first-time-right execution based on approved drawings and BOM.

What you'll need

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical.
• 3–6 years of experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Exposure to CNC programming.
• Exposure to design of jigs and fixtures.
• Exposure to NDT and lean concepts.

Details

• Involvement in QHSE activities, including internal and external audits.
• Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on project timelines and routing time.
• Allocate manpower and resources to meet production targets.
• Involvement in BPS activities and coordination/driving of RPP projects.
