Inbound Sales Representative, EMEA

Overview

Inbound Sales Representative (EMEA) responsible for driving new business by selling Airwallex’s products to SME prospects in the assigned region.

What you'll do

• Own the full inbound sales cycle from lead to closure.
• Deliver against revenue targets and key performance metrics.
• Build and maintain a high-converting pipeline of SME prospects.
• Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, operations, and product to scale go-to-market.
• Define and improve sales processes including outreach cadences, qualification workflows, CRM hygiene, and reporting.
• Negotiate commercial contracts and partnership agreements with legal and finance.
• Share best practices across the global sales organization.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in sales roles.
• At least 3 years of proven success in B2B closing roles.
• Track record performing in high-velocity B2B sales environments.
• Experience with B2B deal negotiation and revenue generation.
• Familiarity with AI-powered sales engagement tools, CRM workflows, and automation strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
