Overview
Associate – India Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations for employees in India.
What you'll do
- Execute end-to-end India payroll processing within defined timelines.
- Validate payroll inputs for hires, exits, salary changes, variable pay, bonuses, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
- Perform Gross-to-Net (G2N) payroll validation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Review payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues before payroll finalization.
- Ensure statutory compliance for PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, and other payroll requirements.
- Manage employee payroll queries and resolve routine and complex issues.
- Use Workday and Dayforce for payroll input, validation, reporting, and employee data administration.
What you'll need
- 2–5 years of experience in India payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and Dayforce.
- Sound knowledge of Indian payroll statutory compliance and taxation.
- Experience in payroll reconciliations, validations, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
