Inside Sales Engineer

Overview

Inside Sales Engineer preparing quotations for electric and pneumatic actuators and related accessories, supporting customers and internal teams with technical clarifications and fast responses.

What you'll do

• Understand RFQs and project specifications to prepare accurate, timely quotations for electric and pneumatic actuators and related spares.
• Handle urgent/quick quotation requests to ensure minimal turnaround time.
• Support internal teams and customers with queries on actuator selection, configuration, and applications.
• Review customer requirements to ensure correct sizing, compatibility, and compliance.
• Coordinate with contracts, engineering, and service teams for clarifications and order execution support.
• Respond promptly to customer emails and calls with a proactive approach.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree requirement: BE/B. Tech (EEE/E&I/Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation).
• 2–4 years’ experience in quotation preparation/sales support/inside sales/customer support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
• Fluent English communication.
• Proficiency to address technical selection/configuration/application questions.

Nice to have

• Hindi language advantage.
• Experience with valve/actuator/instruments/controls systems, GEM portal tenders, or electrical and pneumatic products.
