Inside Sales Engineer

Overview

Inside Sales Engineer focused on understanding RFQs and project specifications to deliver accurate, timely quotations and technical support for electric and pneumatic actuator solutions.

What you'll do

• Prepare quotations based on RFQs and project specifications for electric and pneumatic actuators, including control panel accessories and spares.
• Handle urgent/quick quotation requests to minimize turnaround time.
• Provide technical support and respond to queries on actuator selection, configuration, and applications.
• Review customer requirements for correct sizing, compatibility, and compliance.
• Coordinate with contracts, engineering, and service teams for technical clarifications and order execution support.
• Respond promptly to customer communications via emails and calls.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years’ experience in quotation preparation/sales support/inside sales or similar customer support.
• BE or B. Tech candidates in streams including EEE/E&I/Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent English communication.

Nice to have

• Hindi language advantage.
• Experience with valve/actuator/instruments/controls systems and GEM portal tenders.
• Experience with electrical and pneumatic products.
