Instrumentation Engineer - Panoli

Overview

Instrumentation Engineer for Panoli plant, responsible for planning and controlling day-to-day maintenance and supporting engineering project management.

What you'll do

• Plan and control day-to-day maintenance plans in line with the production plan.
• Prepare and manage engineering documents including design basis, specifications, and data sheets.
• Prepare instrument index from P&ID and maintain instrument listings with technical specifications.
• Review instruments loop diagrams, perform loop checking, and evaluate technical bids for instruments and control systems.
• Prepare logic diagrams and conduct field verification of alarms and interlocks.
• Support commissioning, operation, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems, including instruments and control valves.

What you'll need

• BE in Instrumentation qualification.
• 5 to 10 years of experience.
• Knowledge of HAZOP and SIS for instruments.
• Technical knowledge of level, flow, pressure transmitters; gas detectors/analyzers; control valves; and weighing and pH/conductivity analyzers.
• Working knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and DCS with preferred Allen Bradley and Siemens S7-1500.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and CEMS with hook-up to GPCB/CPCB.
• Ability to lead and resolve plant issues independently for a team of 5 to 10 technicians.
