Insurance Analytics Leader for Sigmoid’s Insurance Consulting Practice in Bengaluru, bridging insurance strategy with operational analytics and AI-led transformation.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic initiatives and provide direction for the insurance practice with a focus on insurance analytics and AI transformation.
• Manage strategic accounts across new business development and account growth.
• Define analytics use cases with senior client stakeholders across data engineering, data science, product engineering, and consulting.
• Translate insurance challenges into descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive, and AI/ML-led solutions.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with sales, marketing, and business development teams.
• Lead and collaborate in a matrix environment to deliver solutions, POVs, and transformation programs across accounts and regions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in analytics consulting, insurance consulting, AI/ML transformation, or data-driven business consulting.
• Strong domain exposure to the insurance sector, preferably disability, life, supplemental benefits, or group insurance environments.
• Strong understanding of one or more areas including Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, digital product development, and consulting-led transformation.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives and analytics-led transformation programs.
• Strong problem-solving, executive communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
