Overview

Full Stack Developer for Engineering leadership, focusing on architecture, design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications using Java, React, and cloud-native microservices.

What you'll do

• Lead hands-on technical efforts across full-stack engineering teams.
• Own end-to-end system architecture, solution design, and cloud-native microservices implementation.
• Stay hands-on in Java (Spring Boot) and React for critical components, reviews, and design validation.
• Drive best practices across object-oriented design, patterns, multithreading, and performance optimization.
• Design and review REST APIs, transaction management, and data access strategies.
• Ensure high code quality using unit testing, automation, and rigorous review processes.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and production readiness practices; mentor engineers.

What you'll need

• 10–15 years of overall software engineering experience with strong hands-on background.
• 3–5 years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
• Strong Java 8/Java 11 skills including streams, lambdas, and multithreading/concurrency.
• Spring MVC/Spring Boot for enterprise-grade application development; Spring JPA/Hibernate with DAO pattern.
• Microservices architecture experience with RESTful and event-driven systems.
• React JS experience including hooks, component-driven architecture, and state management.
• JUnit testing experience with Mockito or PowerMock for unit/integration testing.
