Junior Analyst (T&E)

Overview

Junior Analyst (T&E) supports Corporate Card, P-Card, and Concur expense management processes across multiple regions.

What you'll do

• Provide end-user support for Concur Travel and Expense inquiries.
• Manage the corporate card and P-Card lifecycle including requests, closures, and limit management.
• Reconcile corporate card accounts and ensure timely expense report submission.
• Conduct expense audits using Oversight Systems and approved audit tools.
• Ensure compliance with travel and expense policies and support related investigations.
• Drive continuous process improvements and maintain/upate SOPs as processes change.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Concur Expense Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
