Junior Engineer - Engineering Change Management

Junior Engineer for Engineering Change Management in Pune, supporting teams that build products and manage engineering changes.

What you'll do

• Create, implement, and finalize engineering change orders (ECOs) and make system changes.
• Maintain files for BOMs, parts drawings, ECOs, process alerts, and customer documents.
• Coordinate ECO status with customers and implement cost changes and effective dates.
• Ensure projects comply with document control policies and procedures.
• Ensure documentation data accuracy and completeness across logs, reports, and distribution.
• Manage and track product configuration and manufacturing/customer requirements.
• Serve as an interface between program manager, engineering, manufacturing, and materials to document changes.

What you'll need

• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing setup (preferably in the EMS industry).
• B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering / EEE.
• Electronics knowledge.
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook.
• Sound knowledge on technical subjects.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Very good analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Be ready to work in night shifts.
