Junior GL Analyst

Overview

Junior GL Analyst (Associate Accountant) for Ecolab’s Finance team, focused on maintaining accurate general ledger records and financial controls.

What you'll do

• Maintain the day-to-day general ledger records for assigned business groups.
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Support fixed-asset maintenance including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and construction in progress.
• Update reports with current month-end information (discretionary spend, intercompany detail, allocation entry).
• Prepare basic financial reports.

What you'll need

• 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Excel and Access.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines.
• High level of integrity.
