Junior Sales Manager DACH (Remote in Germany)

Overview

Junior Sales Manager (DACH) to drive sales for Novaheal to nursing schools across Germany.

What you'll do

• Own the full sales cycle for nursing schools from first outreach to closed contract.
• Build a pipeline via outbound calls, emails, and events.
• Run product demos for school directors and teaching staff.
• Negotiate and close deals, then hand off new accounts to the Account Manager.
• Maintain an accurate CRM for forecasting and insight.
• Collect feedback from nursing schools and share it with Product.

What you'll need

• Have 1–2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with exposure to the full cycle.
• Run outbound activity and build pipeline from scratch.
• Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and explaining product value.
• Fluent German (C1 or above) with good English skills.
• Work in a structured way to manage many parallel conversations.
• CRM proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
